Across your project responsibilities you will be required to:

You will coach junior colleagues to enable them to carry out analysis for senior leaders. This may include managing of workload, quality assessment and evaluation, skill transfer and supervision, deliverable expectations and timeframes across multiple projects.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • An excellent track record in leading teams developing data science/machine learning solutions to meet the business question being asked
  • The ability to generate rapport and build trust with key stakeholders of the team
  • The ability to determine, produce and clearly explain a visual story around the analysis to land the intended message with key stakeholders
  • A strong track record of proactive innovation where you have autonomously gone from identifying a business requirement to successfully incepting a new solution that meets it
  • Strong experience creating and managing automated ETL processes for machine learning pipelines and the management of relational database schemas
  • Strong practical experience of performing exploratory analytics through to creating data science / machine learning pipelines using a combination of Python and SQL

Ideally, you’ll also have some of the following:

  • Experience with Graph databases and metadata management is advantageous

  • Partner with BD and Marketing to run sector campaigns, client targeting, and pursuit analytics.
  • Track pipeline health, win rates, and account performance.
  • Support development of sector thought leadership and POVs. 4. Research & Insights
  • Conduct market benchmarking using IQVIA, EvaluatePharma, Scrip, and other databases.
  • Generate actionable insights on market trends, competitor movements, and growth areas.
  • Produce executive-ready sector reports and dashboards. 5. Alliances & Ecosystem Coordination
  • Manage sector alignment with EY alliances (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, AWS, Google).

  • Prior experience in Life Sciences sector (Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, HealthTech) preferred.
  • Proven ability in financial forecasting, business analytics, and strategic program execution.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
