Your key responsibilities:
GDS GI professionals support our Swiss based Immigration professionals and lawyers execute on a range of administrative and support tasks. You will assist in the preparation of German language submissions and documentation under the instruction and supervision of our Swiss based Immigration professionals and lawyers and drive the delivery of exceptional client service across high volume accounts and meet SLA and KPI measures.
You will complete electronic case management administration processes, research, and prepare written email communication and document drafting in German language, liaise with German speaking government authorities. You will support all aspect of the Swiss work authorisation and immigration process including document and data collection, tracking of case documentation, reporting, and monitoring of status and preparation of application documentation per the protocol followed for each case type.You will stay abreast of regulatory changes in the applicable immigration domain, supporting senior caseworkers and lawyers to implement necessary changes in case management and processes in a timely manner.
Tasks include:
• Drafting of work permit applications in German language
• Drafting of eligibility assessments for visa classification and other immigration pathways, and application forms / documents for Senior/Manager/Attorney review
• Preparation of case documents and applications for Senior/Manager review for filing with the appropriate government agency
• Assist Managers to troubleshoot issues and establish case strategy
• Liaise with assignee and/or client on case progress
• Docket immigration related documents to the case management tool
• Ensure data privacy and accuracy
• Receive and validate documents submitted by assignees as per the checklist
• Assist in document review for various immigration case types
• Proactively monitor the progression of cases to capture and action next steps
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required
• Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables
• Deliver technically and administratively accurate work with minimal supervision and guidance and be accountable for your individual outcomes and their impact on the team

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration), German Language and Literature/Communicative English/Mass Communication & Journalism or related fields.
• German and English language fluency (written and oral) required
• Ability to formulate and prepare articulate and persuasive communications in German and English language, with editing, and proofreading skills required.
