We are seeking a motivatedto support our SAP Technology Consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates ranging from recent graduates to those with a few years of experience in Project Management or in SAP Consulting. To qualify for the Role, you must have

• A university degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP or Project Management is a plus, but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with MS-Project and MS-Office tools is desirable.

As a member of the SAP Consulting team and People Advisory Services, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. The specific position is based in Athens and requires working in cross-disciplinary, agile teams to provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Professional you will be a key resource on large-scale system related projects. • Project management including proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.
• Guide project activities and review deliverables as applicable.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings, collaborate effectively with project stakeholders in Waterfall or Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports.
• Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered IT systems/solutions are implemented within these criteria.
• Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.

To qualify for the role you must have

• University degree in a relevant subject.
• 2- 10 years of professional experience in IT Solutions Project Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills
• Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad.
• Completed military obligations (where applicable).
• Proven experience in managing the full life-cycle (all phases) of an IT project
• Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and/or Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience in an Agile team role (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite
• Very good MS- Project and MS-Office skills; JIRA tool skills are desirable
• Project Management and/or Agile certifications are desirable

• Excellent academic background including a bachelor and/or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other appropriate academic major
• Professional accountancy qualification or working towards gaining one (ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL) could be considered an asset
• Experience within an accounting firm, ideally within accounting advisory or transaction accounting with more than 9 years of experience
• Excellent accounting knowledge, strong technical skills, ability to research accounting technical issues and recognized risk management ability. IPSAS knowledge will be considered an asset.
• Experience in performing accounting technical analysis, making calculations, drawing-up the accounting entries for accounting adjustments and preparing full set of financial statements.
• Experience in the public sector will be considered an asset
• Professional acumen in analyzing complex accounting issues and providing solutions in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and legislation
• Strong analytical skills that enable you to think out of the box and come with good ideas to help our clients address their complex accounting questions.
• Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications

Your key responsibilities

You will be engaged in complex compliance and advisory work; working with colleagues all over the globe, completing tax returns, reviewing/signing off, writing correspondence, providing authoritative advice/guidance, and review tax cost estimates. Directly engaging our clients is vital, be ready to question and negotiate to provide results.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or business-related fields
• Excellent oral and written English skills (including strong presentation skills)
• Computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
• Committed to providing quality outcomes

• Working experience in Taxation is preferable
