Governance & Reporting

Education & Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 8 years of experience in core system integration or related system implementation and project management experience
  • Proven expertise with next-generation core system platforms and integration frameworks (e.g. API-led, middleware, messaging layers)
  • Understanding of modern core system architectures, including cloud-enabled, modular, and scalable systems
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data flows, synchronization strategies, and interface management

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proven experience (3-6 years) in internal auditing, risk management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Solid knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and risk management principles.
  • Hands-on experience in governance arrangements, ICFR (US-SOX and other jurisdictions) readiness and compliance, and IPO (including PN21) internal control assessment type projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to explore and adopt emerging technologies in the field of internal auditing.

Qual será o seu papel nesse propósito?

Como uma pessoa Assessora Tributária em Preços de Transferência você será parte da área de Tax atuando com foco em Preços de Transferência e apoiando na definição de preços dos produtos produzidos no exterior e vendidos no Brasil. Prestará assessoria tributária para atendimento às regras de preços de transferência realizando revisão, documentação, gerenciamento e defesa das políticas de TP, além da preparação de cálculos e documentos pertinentes para o cumprimento de obrigações principais e acessórias, assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Entender as tendências do mercado dentro da economia brasileira;
  • Realizar análises de preços de transferência sob a ótica das diretrizes da OCDE;
  • Preparar documentação de preços de transferência envolvendo diversas jurisdições ( CbCR, Master File, Local File e Benchmark);
  • Participar do desenvolvimento de políticas de preços de transferência para empresas multinacionais brasileiras e internacionais;
  • Participar de projetos de auditoria para realizar revisões sob a ótica de preços de transferência;
  • Desenvolver análises críticas sobre análises de preços de transferência;
  • Auxiliar as equipes de auditoria na revisão dos cálculos e identificação de riscos e exposições.

Within FSO Business Consulting and our Business Transformation Delivery practice, you'll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping financial services organisations solve their complex business opportunities and challenges from strategy to execution. As a member of large and complex business transformation programmes, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support management to deliver major business transformation programmes.
  • Manage and coach junior resources.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a management consultant or Business Analyst role.
  • Experience in Financial Services.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

Ideally, you will also have:

Your key responsibilities

· Assist seniors in replying to queries raised by clients on TP matters

· Undertaking technical research on income-tax provisions

· Preparing submissions in relation to assessment and appellate proceedings in the case of clients and support seniors in representation before the income-tax authorities;

· Appearing before the income-tax authorities on routine matters concerning the clients

· Support in handling administrative responsibilities for clients allocated to you such as engagement letters, internal QRM, filing of client papers, billing follow-up, etc.

· Proficient in MS word, excel, power point.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Chartered accountant

2-3 years of PQE
