As a Learning Insights Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation, measurement and reporting on the effectiveness of our learning and development initiatives across the firm.Working closely with the Learning Insights and Technology Manager, and Learning Experience Coordinator, this role is responsible for:
• Collect, analyse, and report on learning data, including learning engagement metrics, learning feedback, and learning outcomes across various touchpoints.
• Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel to enhance data interpretation and decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, design learning programs, and improve learning outcomes.
• Provide insights and based on learning analytics to improve the effectiveness of learning programs and solutions.
• Develop and maintain processes for consistent and scalable data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current on the latest in learning research and innovation, bringing industry best practices and emerging trends into our learning environment.
• Utilise AI-driven analytics and Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate various data sources.
• Researching best practice learning insights, benchmarks, and methodologies to inform our EY learning insights practices
• Working closely with the learning experience and technology teams and learning & development teams to ensure insights are translated into viable learning solutions and ROI data

Day-to-day challenges

► Proven experience in the Learning & Development field, preferably in a similar role.
► Knowledge and experience in learning analytics, measurement methodologies and data analysis.
► Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
► Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
► Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
► Advanced IT skills – Microsoft Office 365 suite – especially MS Excel and Power BI
► Minimum 1 year experience working in data analytics in a learning function.
► Degree in Data Analytics or equivalent
► Experience in automating data collection and reporting processes.
► Desirable experience with AI-driven analytics and the use of Power Automate.
