Your key responsibilities

As an Experienced Associate, with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will engage in conversations with private equity investors and tech leaders, conduct thorough market and competitive research using diverse sources, assess company strengths to advise on growth and technology strategies, and clearly present your conclusions to both the team and clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • , Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analyticsand at least 1 year of related work experience; or a graduate degree and some related work experience.
  • Experience in client-facing environments or technical roles in similar industries (e.g., consulting, banking, tech)
  • Demonstrated interest in the tech industry through startup experience, internships, course work, extracurricular activities or research and writing on the subject
  • A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

Your key responsibilities

  • Take care of end-to-end deployment of Global, Area and multi-Region learning courses for Consulting Portfolio, through multiple virtual delivery channels and platforms (VCs, webcasts, eLearning, etc) and physical classroom learning programs.
  • Support various Global deployment projects and support EY Regions in their local deployment.
  • Collaborate with external teams aligning them to key deadlines and deliverables.
  • Take care of participant management.
  • Source facilitators for Learning courses and ensure they are adequately prepared for course delivery.
  • Support on cross stream activities for our flagship events which include SharePoint, event applications and onsite materials
