Your Key Responsibilities
You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of business and technology consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their operations, grow revenue, and manage risks to increase shareholder value. Participate or managee implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.
Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions
Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients

Your key responsibilities
- In delivering audits, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the execution of internal audits in conformance with GIA methodology and professional standards. Specifically, the individual will act as a team member and provide extended support to the Team Leader in planning and execution of the audit (including taking complete ownership of some audit activities).
- Take ownership for the execution of assigned audit areas (status updates, tracking of requests for information, development of testing spreadsheets, etc.,), consulting with the Team Leader and/or Audit Leader as needed.
- Document work in a detailed enough manner that would allow a third party reviewer to understand the scope and breadth of the work performed and conclude in a similar manner.

- Report delays, anticipated budget overruns or challenges to the TL in advance.
- Coaches and guides less experienced team members with their areas and assists the Team Leader in reviewing their workpapers.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the actual negotiation process as a “first chair” with the client’s negotiation lead to take the engagement from “sold” to “closed”

- Lead the deal-making process to document, and then get agreement with the client on, the terms of the deal
- Provide advice / counsel to pursuit teams on the various commercial models available for large complex deals

To qualify for the role you must have
- 10+ years’ experience of negotiation and contract drafting experience in commercial and legal terms with substantial experience in the technology services industry (managed services/BPO/system integration/consulting)
- Approximately 7+ years plus of previous “first chair” negotiation experience (in either sales, legal or procurement) in the technology services industry
- Experience working in a large complex global organization with strong understanding of leading negotiation practices with proven experience
