Serve as a Strategy and Transaction professional to prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits from transactions focusing on the technology functional area. To qualify for the role you must have

  • A university degree majoring in sustainability, climate risk, accounting, information systems, data, business or legal related subjects
  • At least 3+ years of solid experience in ESG / Sustainability preferably within the financial services industry, either in a consulting role or in-house. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management is a must. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Manager Level
  • Robust practical experience of internal controls, regulatory compliance, risk governance and related operational knowledge
  • Familiarity with Financial Services domain and the regulatory environment of Hong Kong with experience in liaising with HKMA and SFC. Regional experience would be an advantage.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English; dual language skills are a plus
