Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies for multinational financial services clients, model financial outcomes of cross-border arrangements, and prepare data-driven recommendations from an Australian tax perspective.

  • Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, AI tools, and Bloomberg; holds relevant qualifications such as an Economics, Accounting, or Legal degree, CPA or CA designation; financial services experience preferred but not essential.

Your key responsibilities

You will become part of an established team that values innovative thinking and provide you with the tools to design a career path as unique as you are. With us, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Manage the delivery of technology and operational due diligence, post-merger integrations and separation / carve-out engagements, reporting to a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner.
  • Analyse and evaluate operating models (including technology) and financial information.
  • Apply your project management skills in an M&A process and develop a project plan for pre-deal, integration or separation.
  • Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and support to mitigate key risks and issues our client is facing as part of an integration or separation program.
  • Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and being responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Some technology experience either in a consulting capacity, or as part of your role in industry,
  • At a minimum, 2 of the 3 below attributes below:
    1. Experience working with financial institutions such as insurers, wealth and asset managers and/or banks
