In addition to leading the team you will also be required to support web applications and some cloud infrastructure for clients across Australia. This role would suit someone who has had some developer experience and looking to further their career in the software development field as a senior .Net Developer.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small .NET Support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Resolve client requests in a timely manner based on agreed delivery dates
  • Monitor client requests (Email, ITSM Tickets, Phone calls)
  • Conduct investigations into incidents to ensure they are not repeated
  • Support Service Delivery Manager’s to create monthly operational reports as required
  • Escalate any operational issues needing attention to SDM’s, Senior Staff or the Lead - Application Management Services
  • Prepare for client meetings, including review and knowledge of current and backlog tickets
  • You will also be involved in incident management, be available for “on call duties” for up to 2 weeks per month.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and processes of client platforms
  • Assist in the preparation of new proposals or pitch decks for prospective clients

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core, with a solid understanding of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API for building and maintaining web applications and APIs.
  • Basic front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for CMS template customization.
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, or Umbraco.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles or certification, along with a background in DevOps.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of BMC’s insights and performance strategy, with a focus on performance measurement, marketing attribution, reporting infrastructure and client insights
  • Manage and coach a small yet high-performing team of offshore analysts and contractors, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment
  • Partner and collaborate with Oceania stakeholders including brand, media, digital and campaign teams to improve targeting, content performance, and engagement outcomes
  • Develop scalable reporting for real-time visibility into performance, deliver actionable insights, and provide strategic consultation and training to enhance the use of insights in planning and execution.
  • Maximise value from EY’s martech ecosystem including Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, and Customer Journey Analytics

Skills and attributes for success

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or data insights, performance, or analytics roles - ideally within a B2B or professional services context. Additional experience in broader marketing environments is highly regarded
  • Prior experience leading a team, including offshore or remote resources
  • Strong grasp of marketing & data platforms, especially Adobe products. Preferred experience in Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, PowerBI and Excel
