  • Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

  • Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, with the ability to travel intra and interstate as required.

As our Health Program Coordinator in our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team will support in the delivery of a significant quality assurance program which underpins the integrity of Australia’s Community Pharmacy network. The Health Program Coordinator plays a critical role in a dynamic project management team to deliver exceptional client and community outcomes.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior team members to effectively run a large-scale project, helping prioritise activity and developing capability.
  • Take complete ownership of the Program Management Office, which will include day to day program delivery, specific projects (which may involve designing new processes, tools, etc) and ad-hoc tasks all while ensuring a strong client focus and driving deliverables throughout.
  • Provide ongoing project management support including budget management, program reporting as required, maintaining high quality standards throughout the process and driving continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination experience in a consulting environment or team-based project or program delivery setting, demonstrating strong project administration skills and an eye for detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • The ability to lead and mentor your team to complete deliverables in a fast-paced environment, mentoring team members think creatively and effectively problem solve/trouble shoot (and escalating as required).
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, move between tasks and the client seamlessly, possess a strong initiative and desire to seek out continuous improvement of processes.
