Key Responsibilities

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

The EY Entity Compliance and Governance (ECG) team assists client legal departments with designing, implementing, and operating entity compliance and governance systems. The team ensures clients meet legislative and regulatory requirements and provides legal and administrative support and guidance to clients' boards of directors.

Your key responsibilities

• Proactive support to engagement team with management of a portfolio of domestic and global multi-national companies.
• Providing corporate secretarial compliance support to external clients and internal EY stakeholders, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard and within our commercial operating mode. This will include preparation and completion of statutory forms, minutes and resolutions, supporting legal documents and lodging documents with ASIC and related regulatory authorities. • Develop and manage key client relationships and provide a full range of advisory services including technical support, board support and governance and best practice advice.
