· Providing Operations management support on complex regulatory affairs across multiple jurisdiction

Your key responsibilities
Operational Support and Reporting:
A tax staff will:
· Learn and get trained on Tax Operations Command Center (TOCC) tool
· Validate client data and interact with US based teams to collect missing information
· Knowledge on FATCA/IRS tax forms W-8, W-9 and requirements around supporting documents
· Common Reporting Standard (CRS) & its due diligence
· Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, tax implications and reporting requirements
· Analyze, reconcile and manage client data
· Maintain investor population records and perform updates in TOCC tool
· Determine the tax treatments applicable
· Email Communications
Adequate training will be provided to acquaint the analyst with the necessary skills to start working on the project. Analysts will continue to learn on-the-job, thereby sharpening their tax knowledge.
Skills and attributes to qualify for the role
· Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
· Good grasp of baseline U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regulation
· Knowledge of tax technical issues and processes relevant to U.S. individual and non-individual entities; familiarity with IRS forms W-8 & W-9 requirements and CRS
· Consistently provide high quality work with integrity and be vigilant to audit standards and requirements
· Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns

What we look for

· 1-2 years of relevant industry experience with hands on knowledge about Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) relevant for U.S. individual and non-individual entities, W-8 and W-9 requirements and CRS requirements as per OECD guidelines
· Tax implications of cryptocurrency transactions, including capital gains tax and reporting requirements

EY established a Global Trade team to help clients manage export and import classifications, assist with Free Trade Agreements (“FTA”) solicitation and qualification analysis, identify other government agencies (“OGA”) requirements, and review client transactions. Job Summary
The Change Analyst is responsible for performing Change Management daily, weekly & ad hoc operational tasks to support Program Mercury. The Change Analyst will analyze and assess RFCs to ensure compliance with established processes and change quality standards.
The Change Analyst is also responsible for ensuring necessary approvals are in place before RFCs and Releases commence. They will also work closely with the Release and Environment Teams in the evaluation of RFCs and ensuring all required documentation and information are entered into the change ticket.
