Responsabilidades

  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de Web y de Redes sociales.
  • Monitorear y evaluar métricas de tráfico web y redes sociales para optimizar el posicionamiento.
  • Interpretar datos, oportunidades de mejora y crear estrategias para aumentar la visibilidad, el tráfico cualificado.

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a de carreras de Carreras de Comunicación, Marketing Digital, o afines.
  • Contar con 3 o más años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales, utilizando herramientas de CMS (por ejemplo, AEM), implementando técnicas que influyan en el posicionamiento web (SEO) y en el análisis y presentación de métricas.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado o nativo.
  • Experiencia en manejo de herramientas como: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Conductor, Crownpeak, Hootsuite).
  • Nos orientamos a un/a profesional con capacidad para recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos para identificar relaciones causa-efecto entre las acciones de marketing y los resultados.

Job Summary

The Change Analyst is responsible for performing Change Management daily, weekly & ad hoc operational tasks to support Program Mercury. The Change Analyst will analyze and assess RFCs to ensure compliance with established processes and change quality standards.

The Change Analyst is also responsible for ensuring necessary approvals are in place before RFCs and Releases commence. They will also work closely with the Release and Environment Teams in the evaluation of RFCs and ensuring all required documentation and information are entered into the change ticket.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Change, Environment and Release Managers with the preparation of of RRB agendas
  • Review weekly Pre-CAB RFCs to identify potential change conflicts
  • Ensure RFCs flow through their defined phases by liaising with the requesting, planning & implementing teams
  • Assess RFCs to ensure the appropriate level of planning, testing, validation and communication has been performed
  • Performing proactive checks and balances to identify compliance anomalies
  • Analyze reporting to identify trends and target areas for improvement
  • Identify additional reporting needs to gain efficiencies and promote automation
  • Perform low level Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for failed or Emergency changes
  • Contribute input and feedback towards engineering the Change and Release processes for deployment and subsequent process improvements
  • Look for opportunities to integrate ITIL best practices into the existing Change and Release Management processes
  • Monitor and maintain change records in the ITSM Service Management tool to comply with SLAs/KPIs and EY Change Management processes
  • Maintain Change Management process documentation

En EY estamos incorporando un/a Web and SEO analyst para el equipo de Brand, Marketing & Communications.

Responsabilidades

  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de Web y de Redes sociales.
  • Monitorear y evaluar métricas de tráfico web y redes sociales para optimizar el posicionamiento.
  • Interpretar datos, oportunidades de mejora y crear estrategias para aumentar la visibilidad, el tráfico cualificado.
  • Creación y seguimiento de tareas mediante el método Kanban
  • Controlar y analizar métricas de campañas realizadas con medios.
  • Elaborar informes de resultados de campañas, tareas realizadas y objetivos a cumplir.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de redes sociales para el desarrollo de estrategia de contenido

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a de carreras de Carreras de Comunicación, Marketing Digital, o afines.
  • Contar con 3 o más años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales, utilizando herramientas de CMS (por ejemplo, AEM), implementando técnicas que influyan en el posicionamiento web (SEO) y en el análisis y presentación de métricas.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado o nativo.
  • Experiencia en manejo de herramientas como: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Conductor, Crownpeak, Hootsuite).
  • Nos orientamos a un/a profesional con capacidad para recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos para identificar relaciones causa-efecto entre las acciones de marketing y los resultados.
  • Conocimiento de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en redes sociales, con un fuerte interés por mantenerse actualizado."
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas para presentar resultados y estrategias de manera clara y concisa."

Será un plus:

  • Contar con conocimiento de HTML y CSS
  • Experiencia de trabajo en empresas B2B y/o B2C
