Content design makes Elementor easier to use by making it easier to understand. As a Product Content Design Team Lead, you’ll be both a team leader and a hands-on UX writer. You’ll define and write clear, helpful product content across multiple experiences while mentoring other writers and raising the bar for content quality across the board.

We're looking for a strong UX writing practitioner who loves shaping intuitive product experiences and is excited by the potential of AI to scale content creation. You’ll work closely with product designers, PMs, engineers, and marketers to bring clarity to complex interfaces and to shape how millions of people use Elementor every day.

Responsibilities
  • Craft & scale product content - Write clear, concise, and helpful interface content across multiple products, while shaping the broader content strategy for your domains.
  • Drive strategy & innovation - Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and scalable workflows that enhance content quality and efficiency across products and teams.
  • Lead & mentor - Support and guide a growing team of UX writers, offering feedback and thought partnership to elevate writing craft and cross-team collaboration.
  • Establish systems & standards - Create and maintain style guides, terminology systems, and content governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and product marketers to shape intuitive and cohesive product experiences.
  • Own product expertise - Develop a deep understanding of the products and users, and ensure content decisions are grounded in product goals and user behavior.
  • Use data to improve - Leverage research, experimentation, and analytics to evaluate and continuously improve content.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or product content design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role
  • Proven experience writing clear, usable interface content for complex digital platforms
  • Ability to mentor and give constructive feedback to other writers
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams and contributing to design processes
  • Experience with (or strong interest in) integrating AI tools into content workflows
  • A portfolio that shows your approach to product writing, including before/after examples or explanations of your process

Nice to have:

  • Experience crafting content for conversational interfaces
