This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Regional Marketers, SDR Leadership, Sales, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Sales Enablement. What You Will Be Doing

  • Assistance in owning nation-wide marketing programs (e-mail, webinars, events) within the Regional Marketing team specific to net new logo acquisition and security-focused programs
  • Consolidate and integrate marketing plans with Global – Regional and Field marketing teams for demand generation and partner marketing initiatives
  • Reporting on existing programs to evaluate return on investment and share takeaways
  • Coordinate with external vendors to use external databases to reach target personas within third party engagements for our target account list
  • Develop and secure core marketing assets (web pages, presentations, datasheets) and liaison with the localization team
  • Partner with peers in Sales, SA, Product, and other Marketing teams, and collaborate to launch programs
  • Assist in managing the allocated budget across multiple channels to ensure we’re enhancing our regional budget and centralizing where necessary

What You Bring

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and execute the global Partner Operations strategy to support a high-performing Global Partner Sales function
  • Collaborate with the VP of Global Partner Sales and the Director of Partner Programs to support the design and execution of partner programs
  • Lead a team of Sales Operations and Partner Operations professionals to streamline partner processes and drive operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • Minimum 10+ years experience with 8+ relevant experience in Sales Operations supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical and global sales organizations
  • Minimum of 4+ years managing a team including career coaching, development planning, and organizational design
  • Previous experience in a high growth software business, preferably operating in a SaaS business
  • Demonstrated success in Partner Operations or Sales Operations working closely with the Partner Community
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines and financial targets
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies

The primary responsibility of the Collection Analyst is to collect payments on outstanding Accounts Receivables. This individual should possess strong time-management and communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collect on business-to-business accounts in an effort to reduce Accounts Receivable and minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Contact customers, via email and phone, to secure outstanding balances.
  • Perform account reconciliations, as needed, to resolve any account discrepancies.
  • Resolve Unapplied and Unidentified Cash Payments to ensure proper posting to the customer account.
  • Work with customers that have delinquent balances to negotiate payment plans.
  • Process customer credit card payments. Address any credit card declines with the customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a 24 - 48-hour time period.
  • Confer with management to determine if additional actions are required for delinquent accounts.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in A/R & Collections.

What is The Role

This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Regional Marketers, SDR Leadership, Sales, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Sales Enablement. The position requires a highly curious person who is a hard-working spirit, and who can thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assistance in owning nation-wide marketing programs (e-mail, webinars, events) within the Regional Marketing team specific to net new logo acquisition and security-focused programs
  • Consolidate and integrate marketing plans with Global – Regional and Field marketing teams for demand generation and partner marketing initiatives
  • Reporting on existing programs to evaluate return on investment and share takeaways
  • Coordinate with external vendors to use external databases to reach target personas within third party engagements for our target account list
  • Develop and secure core marketing assets (web pages, presentations, datasheets) and liaison with the localization team
  • Partner with peers in Sales, SA, Product, and other Marketing teams, and collaborate to launch programs
  • Assist in managing the allocated budget across multiple channels to ensure we’re enhancing our regional budget and centralizing where necessary

What You Bring

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Strong accountability and project management skills
  • Significant knowledge and experience in the enterprise software/Search market
  • Consistent track record delivering and/or implementing programs that drive significant growth and revenue in a high-growth, SaaS business
  • Ability to multitask and integrate functional plans
