What You Will Be Doing
- Create user-centered designs through wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product marketing to understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences
- Work with content strategists to design templates and components that effectively present content
- Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Contribute to and maintain our design system
- Create prototypes to test and validate interaction patterns
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in technology companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS principles
Bonus Points
- Experience working on marketing or content-heavy websites
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on design
- Experience with design systems
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software
- Basic understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
