What is The Role

Your responsibilities will be supporting the team with pre, during and post planning results to ensure detailed planning, execution and follow up.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support pre-event activities including: Setting up SFDC campaigns, opening POs, submitting operation tickets, building and updating landing pages (Splash/CVENT), implementing multi-channel promotional plans (email, social), and drafting program announcements.
  • Support post-event activities including: email follow-up, list uploads, on-demand content, and program debriefs.
  • Lead swag orders for events.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle the intricacies of diverse events and align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive pre-event meetings, including assistance and preparation of event planning presentations.

What You Bring

  • Experience working in the B2B enterprise tech/software space.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC and Marketo, and Google Analytics, CVENT, Splash, and other marketing tools.
  • Accustomed to working effectively in global, cross-cultural, and time-dispersed teams.
  • Fast learner with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
  • Upbeat and ambitious while maintaining humility.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Maintain schedule integrity.
  • Ability to travel to in-person events in the United States.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the ServiceNow ticket queue for the AMER/LATAM region
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and benefits administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Proactively identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes to decrease ticket volume
  • Assist with the documentation and effectiveness of core HR operations processes through knowledge articles and internal playbooks
  • Serve as a key leader and trusted partner with various cross-functional teams to execute programs and policies at scale
  • Navigate and manage employee inquiries and ensure full resolution of problems while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through accurate, timely, and employee-centric support
  • Understand our broader HR strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to our business needs
  • Assist with managing the Weekly New Hire Welcome call
  • Consult with and educate employees on HR concepts and appropriate actions when needed

What You Bring
