You’ll own both strategy and execution, building a dynamic test-and-learn roadmap, accelerating automation and personalization, and ensuring every message reflects the authentic voice and needs of our sellers.
What You’ll DoDevelop and lead the global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, from onboarding through retention, leveraging AI to develop 1:1 personalized experiences at scale.
Own CRM performance metrics and deliver against clear growth KPIs (Gross Merchandise Value, engagement, action adoption).
Design the global seller lifecycle, including automated journeys and personalized communications across email and in-product messaging.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ CRM managers and campaign specialists across regions.
Partner with Data Science, MarTech and CRM AI Transformation teams to advance segmentation, dynamic content, AI-powered personalization, and experimentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Seller Marketing, Product, and Seller Experience teams to align CRM programs with strategic seller initiatives.
Define CRM testing frameworks, run A/B and multivariate tests, and use insights to optimize performance continuously.
Represent seller CRM in global planning forums, influencing strategy and investment decisions.
10+ years of experience in technology, marketplaces or analytical functions with a proven track record of using technology, data and AI to drive measurable customer and business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA preferred.
Proven success developing and scaling CRM programs in a B2C or marketplace environment.
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, contact strategy, and automation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM analytics and experimentation frameworks.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for e-commerce and seller empowerment.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
