Werde Teil unseres 12-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Human Resources als HR/People Experience Specialist (befristete Elternzeitvertretung), das die operative Personalbetreuung von insgesamt fünf Ländern im Raum EMEA verantwortet. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern, Managern sowie COE´s in allen Fragen der operativen Personalarbeit erfolgt in der deutschen und englischen Sprache über verschiedenste Kanäle (v.a. Walk-in, Case Management, Live-Chat, virtual Open Door) unter Berücksichtigung der SLA´s

  • Bearbeitung administrativer Personal­managementaufgaben im Rahmen der Personalbetreuung während des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (vom Onboarding inkl. der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen über das Erstellen von Vertragsänderungen, Leave of Absence -Management, Benefits bis hin zum Offboarding)

  • Durchführung und Auswertung regelmäßiger Reports rund um Befristungen innerhalb von Arbeitsverhältnissen & Arbeitserlaubnissen zur proaktiven Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Manager

  • Pflege von Stammdaten unserer Mitarbeitenden im Personal­managementsystem sowie Verwal­tung der elektronischen Personalakten

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Krankenkassen und Behörden

  • Enger Austausch mit anderen HR-Bereichen (z.B. Recruiting, Global Mobility) sowie der Gehaltsabrechnung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Personal­adminis­tration oder abge­schlos­senes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement

  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalbetreuung
