As a Data Science Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. Collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals and continuously improve model performance, reliability, and user trust through experimentation, testing, and feedback-driven iteration
Essential Requirements
Proven experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influencing product direction.
Strong programming skills in Python , with hands-on experience using ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , or similar.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to own and lead end-to-end projects independently.
Demonstrated ability to clearly explain statistical and algorithmic techniques at varying levels of technical depth.
Experience building and deploying large-scale, production-ready machine learning systems and developing agentic AI solutions, such as tool-using agents, autonomous task workflows, or reasoning-based systems.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of industry experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role or equivalent experience
Familiarity with building GenAI applications that enhance developer productivity , code generation, or documentation assistance, designing and optimizing prompts and templates for LLM-based applications, LLM frameworks such as LangChain , LlamaIndex , or similar open-source tools, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or autonomous agents powered by LLMs.

Engage Small Business Accounts to grow new buyers and retain and grow existing buyers
Be responsible for driving 30+ outbound calls /3hr+ Talk Time per day, as well as manage opportunities and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services
Provide an exceptional experience to Small Business customers advising them on the best technology to make their business successful
Sell Dell’s full Client portfolio; Including desktops, laptops, services and accessories
Qualify and identify projects including Enterprise categories like Server, Networking, Storage, Data Protection and Cloud
Continue to learn and develop technical sales acumen to enable career growth opportunities

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
1-3 years of general sales or customer-facing professional experience
