Establish and maintain product offer data governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering, and our outsourcing partners
Ensure offer stability to sales and valid information through the release of product offer data across all sales motions online & offline; support definition, solution, and execution of individual market requirements
Identify strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide PG & segment product marketing to develop and gain market share. Identify and implement PD long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets
Prioritize and route product offer data for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place. Minimizes the amounts of change requests associated to the PD in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers
Help lead global strategic projects to closure with the agreed timelines and quality standards
Strong Strategic Agility and leadership/executive-level communications skills
Ability to deal with Ambiguity and Change, and help coordinate differing global ideas and opinions to viable solutions
Experience working globally and within a global team, with the potential of minimal leadership oversight at times
Knowledge of product offer data and experience delivering strong operational excellence and customer support
Experience leading and delivering transformational global Program/Project Management
Desirable Requirements
Requires 5+ Years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred

Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statements
