Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or thermal engineering with capability of CAE/simulation and empirical tests
- 8+ years working experience as a DLC R&D engineer, not only on cold plate/tube routing design but also familiar to CDU and rack-level cooling facility
- Good Communication and presentation skill with fluent English
- Excellent capability for data analysis, root cause analysis, and issue triage. Deep understanding of DLC manufacturing process with DFM experience

What you’ll achieve
Overview ofJob -In this position asSr. Principala vital member of our cross-functional engineering team, you will be instrumental in delivering advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and enterprise server markets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the thermal design of liquid cooling components, ensuring the creation of innovative andhighly reliableYou will:
- Design heat transfer surfaces and coolant flow paths for cold plates. Design coolant distribution solutions within the loop for parallel flow solutions and support cooling network sizing.
- Be a change agent demonstrating passion and supporting a vision for global DLC team
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and highly reliable
- Communication capability to lead design presentation and issue triage. Collaborate with mechanical engineering for design optimization in the cold plate design.
- Ownership of liquid cooling solutions in support of global engagement model. Align with front end concept feasibility to implement cold plate solution ingredients.
Essential Requirements
- Cold plate design experience. Expertise in internal fluid dynamics and heat transfer
- Experience with electronics cooling . CAE/CFD simulation experience
- Prototype build up and experiment capability .10+ years of experience in thermal engineering
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; Master’s or PHD preferred
- Fluent in English for presentation and communication
