Present analysis and critical findings concisely to team members and managementteam.
Keep management team informed of keytechnical, schedule related risks and issues.

Join to develop thermal solutions for server products through engaging with different stakeholders, such as cross-functional teams, ODMs, and suppliers
Analyze testing data and find out the optimized solution
Learn to do issue debugging and drive the root cause out
Be proactively collaborated with other teams and provide comprehensive deliverables
Present your ideas and finding todemonstrateyour capability
Requirements
Bachelor's ormaster's degree in Mechanical, Thermal or Automation Control Engineering and expect to graduate between 2025February to 2026
ME
Mechanical aptitude for interpretation of mechanical drawing specifications.
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing-driven design issues.
Ability to read and understand technical data sheets.
Fluency in English communication withstrong communication/presentation skills.
Thermal
Fundamental thermal and electrical cooling knowledge, including CAE/Simulation tool and empirical tests
Data analysis and root cause analysis with logical thinking
Good Communication and presentation skill
Good or Fluent in English communication.
Desirable Requirements
High interest in Mechanicalor ThermalSystem Design inIT

The Engineering Rotation Program providesa fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. As a Hardware Engineer, you willcontribute to the design, development, and validation of hardware components and systems across desktop, laptop, and peripheral products. This role is open to candidates with either Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME)backgrounds, andoffers hands-on experience in both domains.
You will:
Contribute innovative design ideas and confirm design parameters for commercial notebook PCs, education Chromebooks, and mobile workstation systems.
Design, document, andvalidatecomponents or assemblies for a pre-selected sub-project, ensuring deliverables meet program schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and tooling to ensure successful development.
Prepare test plans, conduct experimental verification, debug issues, evaluate results, and review ODM and sub-tier vendor capabilityto support robust product developmentand production

Familiarity with CAD, CFD/FEA tools (for ME) or schematic design/layout based on x86 architecture (for EE).
Mechanical or electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
