Our Outside Sales teams rely on them for both business case development and ISG portfolio advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from establishing senior relationships in the customer / partners, positioning the solution / product, TCO / PoC initiatives, proposal development (requirements, as-is/to-be, differentiators) through to pricing and negotiation.

•Manage relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers in both customers AND partners. Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
• Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
•Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives
•Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products and services. Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives•Demonstrate high energy, integrity, and excellent relationship building experience with customers & partners

•Good balance between commercial and technical skills relating to AI/Data Management, Private/Public Cloud & Cyber solutions.
•Team player who will spend time with colleagues, customers and partners whether in the office or in the field. Willing to travel anywhere to get the job done and engage different customers and partners. Willing to travel anywhere to get the job done and engage different customers and partners.

•Knowledge of the infrastructure storage market will be particularly key for both traditional and virtualized infrastructure.

•Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership. Fluency in Swedish is required.

•Experience of various commercial agreements eg OPEX, license agreements, MSAs, etc.
•5+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role
•Bachelor’s degree

The EBP spans 11 physical centers globally and maintains an extensive portfolio of tiered executive briefings and field related engagements.

What you’ll achieve

As a Briefing Consultant for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be at the epicenter of next-generation customer engagements alongside Dell Technologies’ most strategic customers and partners. You will be responsible for building a unique experience for every customer, which will involve building a bespoke agenda to meet our customer needs, working incredibly closely with the sales team to understand their accounts, the requirements, then finding and preparing the “right” subject matter expects to deliver an optimal experience to our customers and help them advance their digital transformation. As part of your role, you will work closely with the rest of the team, in particular the briefing coordinator also based in the Centre, to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience end to end. Your remit will primarily focus on France but also covering any customers coming to our Centre in Paris, as it will serve as our second Executive Briefing Centre in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

You will:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of executive briefings: work with the account team to understand the requirements, build a unique agenda, sourcing and preparing speakers, ensure all parties are well prepared and ensure a smooth delivery on the day by working closely with the briefing coordinator. Most of these briefings will be executed in our Centre but some may also be in the field across France. You can expect to organise approximately 100 executive briefings per year.
  • Be a key contact for the sales team, building strong relationships with the French sales teams and the wider EMEA region too as international customers will use the Centre in Paris.
  • Be responsible for specific initiatives and drive internal business development efforts to drive customer engagements level.
  • Work with many different sides of the business – sales, pre-sales, business units, subject matter experts, marketing and of course our EBP team globally.
  • Build progressively a sound knowledge of Dell Technologies portfolio and have a good understanding of the challenges encountered by our customers.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / working equivalent and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or in marketing
  • A dynamic self-starter, with customer centric attitude
  • Exceptional project management and multi-taking skills, able to operate effectively among sometimes competing priorities, to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to present internally with confidence and report on progress to a sales audience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
  • Knowledge and previous experience in the technology industry a distinct advantage
  • Note this role is based in Boulogne and will require you to be in the office 3-4 days a week
