As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
•Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectations
•Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries
•Exhibit first-class customer service
•Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues
•Have the opportunity to mentor and coach other team members•Minimum of 2 years of related experience
•World-class customer service, phone etiquette and work ethic
•Ability to excel under pressure
•Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
•Experience with job-associated databases or software

What you’ll achieve

고객과의 접점에서 Break-fix 이슈들을 처리하고, 이를 통해 비즈니스의 연속성을 유지하며 고객사의 안정된 Infrastructure를 유지하도록 지원하는 중추적인 역할을 하게 됩니다.

You will:

• 고객의 기대치를 설정하고, 고객사의 복잡한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 Point of Contact
• 자사 Infrastructure 제품군 이슈를 해결하기 위한 트러블슈팅에 대한 1 차 안내, 그리고 해결이 진행되는 과정에서 고객사와 밀접한 파트너쉽을 형성하고, 보다 선제적인 커뮤니케이션이 구현될 수 있도록 함
• 최고 수준의 고객 서비스 실현
• 문제들의 효율적인 관리를 통해 Operational Excellence 유지
• 같은 목표를 위한 국내외 Internal Stakeholder 들과의 긴밀한 협업
  

Essential Requirements

• 신입 혹은 최대 2년의 관련 경력
• 팀 워크, 협업 지향적인 성격
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션, 프레젠테이션 및 문제 해결 기술
• 분석적 사고와 우선 순위 기반의 비즈니스 주요 지침에 대한 이해 및 학습적 열정
• IT 인프라 전문가/기술 지원 엔지니어로의 성장을 지향하는 후보
