As a Compliance and Claiming Advisoryou will be responsible for Vendor Funding, Compliance and Claiming operations, business transformation, process improvements, creating and demonstrating business value within Vendor Funding process, actively seeking opportunities for the most effective work processes on regional and global level.
The candidate will work closely with multiple business stakeholders, such as Marketing, Vendor Funding Finance team, Vendor Co-Marketing, budget planners and, C&C peers/leaders.
You will:
Drive business transformational tasks (actively identify opportunities for business transformation, process improvements, operational excellence, digital transformation, tools utilization, reporting etc..).
Drive C&C BMS metrics and maintain/achieve BMS targets.
Work closely with key stakeholders (VCM, Mktg, Finance etc..) to be in sync on partner funded quarterly plans and, to help achieve Dell’s claiming targets and avoid negative impact on Dell's PnL.
Be subject matter expert on Intel partner program terms and conditions and be main point of contact for all compliance and claiming questions and issues.
Align regularly with key stakeholders to ensure all available funding is claimed and deadlines are met and manage the integrity of all data input into the different compliance and claiming tools and resolve issues to support finance as necessary. Coordinate the collection of all POP required to submit claims to partners and drive process improvements to facilitate efficient end-to-end approval and claiming processes.
Manage month/quarter end processes and ensure financial deliverables are strictly adhered to in a timely fashion. Create Vendor Funding quarterly Checklist for OPEX compliance and coordinate the collection, verification, archival and submission of all proof of execution and proof of spend required for the claims.

Essential requirements:
Master's Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration AND 2+ years of Vendor funding experience including compliance asset review a claiming in partner tools, experience with processing vendor funding accruals with finance and accounting, Intel program terms & conditions
Problem Solving: Requires 2+ years of experience and ability to solve complex problems in a short time and deal with multiple issues simultaneously, must have excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication& presentationskills, experience (1+ year) presenting to various audience/levels, delivering trainings.
Experience (2+ years) driving global/regional projects, tools adoption, management of businessmetrics.Ability to make decision.

You will:Be part of a vibrant, experienced tax team, which has responsibility for all aspects of corporate and international tax for Dell Technologies’ legal entities across EMEA.
Responsible for Corporate Income Tax compliance and reporting requirements for assigned entities/jurisdictions across the EMEA region.
Liaising with local tax authorities, local advisors and local finance teams and finance shared services centres while supporting international tax matters in the EMEA region.
Monitor changes to Corporate and International Tax laws which could significantly impact on group.
Other responsibilities/projects related to Dell’s EMEA direct tax scope as required.
Masters’ degree in Tax or Accounting.
Strong Corporate Income Tax and Accounting experience gained in industry and practice - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
High level of IT skills, with advanced Excel and experience with other data tools – e.g. Power BI, Alteryx.
Excellent communication skills and Excellent English language skills (oral & written).
Ability to work independently to understand and summarise financial data.

Have a good understanding with electrical simulation tools, understanding of the different tools available for simulation.
Highly self-motivated with a strong multi-disciplinary background.
Good communication and documentation skills are a must.
