You will:

• To process Southeast Asia & ANZ legislative monitoring, advocacy, interpretation and strategy across all Product Compliance areas.

• To be responsible forengaging/influencing/lobbyingwith Southeast Asia & ANZ agencies (e.g, Safety Authority, NEA, TISI, AIIA, etc.) and trade associations (e.g. ITI etc.) to obtain positive alignments with Dell short and long term vision.

• To work closely with Dell functional teams (e.g. Trade compliance, Government affairs, Marketing, Sales , Distributors, etc.) to ensure timely product approval and no market access issue in Southeast Asia & ANZ.

• To effectively manage relationships among ODMs/Local Agents/Local Test Labs/ Dell product engineering team to ensure targeted product certification completion for Southeast Asia & ANZ market launches.To work with market surveillance team and regulatory engineers to resolve Non-Conformity and prevent any stop shipment issue.

• To drive Southeast Asia & ANZ regulatory process & governance framework to effectively operationalize compliance programs.To support data security and environmental audits, drive process improvements and efficiencies;

• Fluency in English and Chinese language is essential.

• Minimum 8 years and above relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.

• Knowledge on industry networking and resource on Southeast Asia & ANZ product compliance, especially in Safety, EMC, Wireless, Telecom and Environmental (e.g. Energy, Material, ECO Labels, Accessibility, Repairability, Packaging and etc.) legislation programs. Experience in policy advocacy.

• Track record of being an enthusiastic and effective team player with experience leading and influencing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will:

• Working with the sales organizations to articulate our unique perspective on go-to-market service solutions and credentialing our delivery capabilities using success stories to meet customer needs.

• Gathering, documenting, and understanding customer specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with the Services Account/Client Executives.

• Collaborating and working with other Solutions Principals within the Solutioning Team organization, Delivery Leads and Subject Matter Experts, as well as other business partners to develop solution proposals that satisfy customer specific scope requirements and value-based outcomes.

• Clearly defining roles and responsibilities of Dell Technologies, the customer, and business partners. Determining resource levels of effort, expense estimates, service fees and delivery terms.

• Working with Dell Technologies Delivery Leads, Solutioning Team and Subject Matter Experts to develop Statements of Work consistent with the terms approved during reviews.

• Providing Sales Teams with support during customer scope, pricing and legal negotiations of Statements of Work.

• Owning and driving transition of customer awarded Statements of Work and expectations to Dell Technologies Delivery Teams, as well as participating during internal project kickoffs. Be a technology evangelist to lead/present technical/technology/Dell’s point of view discussions internally within Dell and externally with customers/public events.

Desirable Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field job experience in services presales and delivery on consulting and system integration projects. At least 15 years related experience in desirable.

• Proven experience in architecting or supporting solutions across VMware , Red Hat OpenShift , Nutanix and Microsoft Azure . Additionally, Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes , containers, and CI/CD workflows is desirable. Lead in RFP/RFI responses , solution sizing, BOM creation, and solution proposal documentation. Stay up to date on technology trends in cloud, AI/ML, and edge computing
