Description:

As an Account Services Management Advisor, you will manage multiple work streams and service delivery processes. Prioritizing and aligning to customer needs while driving continuous improvement and developing monthly business reviews
•Build consistency of delivery and adherence to standard practices, ensuring contractual service support requirements are met
•Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service-level compliance and operational effectiveness
•Present operational and service-level reports and explain service-level support available to all partners
•Facilitate effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers
•Supervise and guide less experienced team members, as well as train and mentor functional teams to understand and follow process guidelines•5 to 7 years of experience delivering successful complex IT services across a range of sectors
•Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization directing diverse teams through multiple programs to completion
•Proven ability to manage a dynamic workload of complex priorities and deliverables while proactively communicating expectations
•Strong data driven and problem-solving skills and a passion to learn and master new concepts quickly and independently
•Outstanding communication skills and the ability to positively influence all partners
•Bachelor’s degree

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment by proactively monitoring global human rights and forced labor regulations and translating due diligence processes into actionable business strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and data analysis to identify forced labor risks in supply chains, evaluate mitigation program effectiveness, and continuously improve prevention efforts.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee robust policies, procedures, and training programs to prevent and address forced labor, ensuring ethical labor practices across operations and supplier networks.

  • Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement by working with internal teams, suppliers, industry associations, and civil society organizations to promote awareness and compliance globally.

  • Stay informed on global trends and maintain cross-functional, international coordination while effectively balancing engagement across multiple time zones to support program success.

Essential Requirements

  • Deep expertise in human rights and forced labor issues , including ethical recruitment, prevention strategies, and key risk indicators.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and cultures , engaging effectively with senior management and diverse global teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex issues to varied audiences.

  • Highly organized and results-oriented , with strong project management abilities and sharp attention to detail.

Desirable Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experiencein forcedlaborprevention, human rights, or a related fieldwith aBachelor’sdegree; or 6+ years with aMaster’sdegree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
