Senior Consultant, Product Management (AI/Agentic)

Join our Product Management team to shape the next generation of AI + Digital transformation and enabling Service Modernization 2.0 as a Product Management Senior Consultant iWith clear visibility into how Digital Products contribute to broader modernization goals. You’ll define strategy, lead delivery, and ensure safe, measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.


What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Consultant, you will identify high-impact AI opportunities, design the North Star experience, and deliver products that align with business goals. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to build integrated roadmaps and execute responsibly.

Key responsibilities

  • Define strategy and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities tied to clear outcomes.
  • Design and validate the North Star experience through prototypes and testing.
  • Ensure responsible product delivery with governance guardrails and strong observability.
  • Quantify impact and own product metrics (adoption, NPS, cost savings) against OKRs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies and drive execution in Agile frameworks.

Essential requirements
  • 15-18 years in product management or related roles, including 3+ years in AI/ML-powered products.
  • Proven ability to define long-term vision, write PRDs/user stories, and lead end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong technical acumen: architecture, data, model integration, evaluation, and safety.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in product analytics and experimentation.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud, edge, compute, storage, networking, and security domains.

  • Be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers/partners.

  • Function as the primary inside sales demand generalist and support to the field sales leader Partners with all sales internal resources, including channel (as applicable) in both strategy and execution.

  • Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.



Essential Requirements

  • Learns the full range of Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.

  • Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution and effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dells products and services.

  • Builds relationships with customers/partners based on knowledge of Dells technology, products, and services and recommends business solutions considering customer/partner needs and Dell interests.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dells customers/partners are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries and makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.

  • May identify and qualify new channel partners, distributors, and retailers while demonstrating ability to train via enablement tools

Desirable Requirements

  • - Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be an advantage

  • - 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • - Extremely strong communication skills

  • 8+ years of experience with B.E / B.Tech & 6+ years of experience with M.E / M.S / M.Tech.

  • Programming skills: C++, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, WPF, WinUI3. Ability to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications

  • Ability to collaborate with Technologists, architect innovative features, develop Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and contribute significantly to Product Roadmap

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; and make significant contributions during technical brainstorming sessions

  • Experience working on or leading agile development teams (ideally leveraging Scrum or Kanban) A software development or DevOps automation background is a big plus & experience interacting with Product Owners, Product Marketing to help build the User Stories

Desirable Requirements

  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Windows OS Internals, OS resource management, peripheral management are needed to be successful in this position

  • Familiarity to Agile/Scrum based SW development will be an added advantage
