HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance

(Fixed-term contract for 2 years)

You will:

  • Administer HR programs and digital tools, including those requiring Workers' Council consultation, under guidance from Senior HR staff.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and support improvements, escalating complex issues to Senior Advisors.
  • Apply knowledge of employment law and Workers' Council agreements to ensure compliance in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Provide guidance to team members and managers on HR policies, procedures, and Workers' Council processes.
  • Support resolution of employee relations issues, escalating sensitive or complex cases to Senior HR or Legal Partners.
  • Communicate HR policies and programs clearly to employees, ensuring understanding and alignment with Workers' Council agreements.


Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor law and compliance
  • Experience in employee relations and HR operations
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills to explain HR concepts and procedures.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to details, independently and to prioritize tasks
  • Confident in using digital HR tools and MS office
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in international or global work environment

What you’ll achieve

The HR OPS Analyst will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering HR admin support to all employees related to but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. As part of this role you will be required to take part in HR projects as a HR Operations representative. Act as point of contact towards business stakeholders & team members.


You will:

  • Provide daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management, employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems.

  • Streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Establish continuous improvement process.

  • Oversee and manage a wide range of team members’ benefitsadministration/programs(i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances. Collaborate across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items.

  • Own records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.

  • Participate & lead HR OPS projects for your country/region, analyze and evaluate data and reports, present findings & solutions to leadership.




Essential Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources

  • 2-3 years of experience on similar HR position

  • Fluent English language

  • Communication skills & strong customer orientation

  • Microsoft Office package, experience with Workday, Service Now or similar tools

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of German labor legislation​

Essential Requirements

  • Meet all requirements to obtain required security clearances/ check done by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (erweiterte Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2)

  • Fluent in German (C2-level or native-speaker) & English language

  • Solid services presales experience of acting as a solution lead, solution architect or similar and proven skills and experience in constructing services solutions (requirements gathering, scope services, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and work packages, write SoW, answer RFI/RFP) for customers, typically in the large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors. Thorough understanding of a services P&L and cash flow development (including business impact), risk analysis and commercial models such as Fixed Price, T&M and incorporation of 3rd party contracts in Waterfall and Agile project approaches.

  • Proven experience in client facing roles and effectively influencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. Statements of Work) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning

  • Proficient knowledge in the 3 main services areas: 1) Applications & Multicloud, 2) Data & AI and 3) Resiliency & Security services. And expert knowledge in one pillar.

  • Exceptional consultative presales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to apply within digital transformation context; excellent communication skills at least in German and English (verbal/written); ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings; ability to work in an international environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Dell Technologies product and services portfolio relevant to Resiliency & Security, Applications & Multicloud and Data & AI

  • Practical service delivery experience and relevant certifications in one of the areas of Resiliency & Security, Applications & Multicloud and Data & AI
