PowerScale, a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in Unstructured Data Storage and Management is evolving by re-architecting its stack to cater to the unique demands of the consumer market in the GenAI era. You will:

• Design, develop and deliver solutions to distributed computing problems for scale-out OneFS filesystem and data services

• Develop features for OneFS to address scale, performance, and GenAI readiness of PowerScale

• Collaborate within and outside of your scrum team during the entire software development cycle to ensure we leverage common components, build optimized solutions with highest quality

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical fieldwith2+ yrsof relevant work experience in Distributed Software Systems OR Operating Systems OR File Systems OR Embedded Software

• Experience in developing system software usingC programming

• Experienced in Advanced Data Structures, Memory Management, Locking, Design Patterns, Multithreading and Parallel Programming

• Solid understanding of Algorithms, Concurrency Models, Design Patterns and Asynchronous Concepts

• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux/ POSIX based systems software development, storage networking protocolsand architectures

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on GenAI strategy, with a focus on platform architecture, infrastructure readiness, and operationalization. Provide technical leadership in selecting, implementing, and optimizing platforms for GenAI workloads (e.g., NVIDIA AI Enterprise, VMware Private AI, Kubernetes, Dell APEX, Azure AI, etc.).

• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that showcase Dell’s GenAI capabilities and platform advantages and collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, scope projects, and develop tailored GenAI platform solutions.

• Translate complex customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful design and delivery of GenAI solutions, including integration with data pipelines, model training environments, and inference platforms.

• Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI infrastructure, including LLM deployment, GPU/accelerator technologies, MLOps, and data governance.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions at scale, with a strong understanding of the underlying platform requirements.

• Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies including high-performance computing (HPC), GPU clusters, storage architectures, and networking for AI workloads.

• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), MLOps frameworks, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of GenAI model lifecycle—from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning and inference and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.

• Recognized as a thought leader in AI infrastructure or platform engineering, with a track record of innovation and customer impact.

Desirable Requirements

• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or AI infrastructure (e.g., NVIDIA Certified, VMware AI Ready).

• Experience with Dell Technologies’ AI and infrastructure portfolio (e.g., PowerEdge, PowerScale, APEX, ECS).

• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and tools (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, Triton Inference Server, MLflow).

As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.
You will:

As aSoftware Principal Engineer,you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software for the next generation of networking products.You will:

• Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes

• Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery and support

• Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery

Essential Requirements

• 9 -14 years of software development experience in networking products with In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, with hands-on experience in implementing switching protocols (VLAN, LACP, STP, RSTP, MSTP), IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), and IP multicast protocols (PIM, MSDP, MLD, IGMP), etc.

• Good understanding of different Network Processing Units (Broadcom or equivalent)

• Strongdevelopment/programmingexperience in C/C++/Golang
