Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution selling cycles for investigative analytics and security technology solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including the Ministry of Defence, central intelligence agencies, state police forces, and other national security organizations.
  • Navigate defence procurement processes including tender management, bid preparation, and compliance with government policies.
  • Identify new opportunities and strategic programs within the National Security ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a robust partner network, including system integrators and technology partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical engagements in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive aggressive follow-ups for pipeline progression and timely closures.
  • Travel frequently and on short notices, as required for business engagements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science Engineering (BTech/BE).(Candidates from private sector or ex-military backgrounds are welcome)
  • 10–12 years of experience in defence/security technology sales and solution selling.

Strong understanding of:

  • Defence procurement processes and government bidding norms
  • National security architecture and operational workflows in India
  • Proven experience in managing Defence/Government accounts and channel partners.
  • Awareness of technologies such as Telecom, Satcom, IP Networks, RF Systems, OSINT, AI/ML analytics, and Cybersecurity.
  • High adaptability, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to work with flexibility—no WFH constraints.

  • Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Job Summary:

The Financial Collection Analyst will be responsible for managing global collections and optimizing the collection processes, performing data analysis, and leading process improvement initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the IT department to implement technological solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing collections at the global level/ Regions
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders internally & externally to ensure timely collection in the bank & share timelines/FC (Forecast) for their regions for further reporting.
  • Be well-versed in Data Analysis and should have strong knowledge of excel to perform data files and analysis for global regions.
  • Design and implement enhancements to ERP-based collection processes, integrating with Salesforce and other platforms. Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with collection processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve Order-to-Cash process efficiency.
  • Build forecasting models for collections, leveraging data analytics and predictive insights.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and sales teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Drive automation and digitalization in collections reporting, tracking, and escalation procedures.
  • Monitor and resolve issues in the collections process; recommend process improvements based on data insights.
  • Required to work with global regions, should have knowledge around global process & work culture.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collection processes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in F&A, Business, Information Systems, MBA, Masters in F&A
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and their impact on finance processes.
  • Proven implementation experience in ERP and Salesforce modules, system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash lifecycle and collections best practices.
  • Proven experience in business finance operational processes, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) & Financial Forecasting
