As R&D Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers focused on researching, designing, and implementing advanced algorithmic and software solutions for signal processing challenges. Your responsibilities will span from technical leadership and project management to mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Lead and Mentor a team of engineers and researchers in digital communications and Signal Processing.
• Drive Software Development for satellite communication systems, from design to optimization.
• Oversee System Integration by collaborating with system engineers and ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction.
• Ensure Code Quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage Projects by defining architecture, tracking timelines, and aligning deliverables with performance goals.

For that mission you’ll need:

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering from a leading college or university
• Expertise in Signal Processing: Strong foundation in communication systems, including modulation, demodulation, and error correction.
• Software Development Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and C++.
• Proven Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing technical team.

We’re looking for an analyst to examine encrypted raw network data, extract TLS and IP-level metadata, and identify patterns or trends within complex data streams.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Build analysis pipelines and ensure the accuracy of detection methods using well-defined evaluation metrics
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of network protocols, hands-on experience with packet capture analysis, and solid data analysis or machine learning skills.
• Gain crypto domain expertise and be responsible for developing a Blockchain analytics product.

For that mission you will need:

• Prior experience in network traffic forensics or application traffic analysis.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, etc.)
• Familiarity with TLS internals
• Experience working with network traffic data to extract meaningful characteristics or patterns from packet streams
• Experience using Wireshark/tshark, Network Sniffers and protocol dissectors
• Familiarity with basic ML/statistics
• Experience with Python or any other language for scripting and automation
