The Role:

As part of the IAM Management Team, this role will representin multiple forums, ISA management reviews, regulatory and audit discussions, etc. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives are in alignment with Citi's Information Security policy and regulatory requirements that may vary by country (NAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large, complex teams in global locations within IAM ISA Service Delivery Operations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' IAM Operations experience in large enterprise environments leading operational teams and initiatives (e.g., process re-engineering, process standardization, transformation, etc.)
  • 5+ years' direct managerial experience
  • Knowledge of Risk & Control and Audit requirements in a global operational environment
  • Strong proficiency working in and/or around shared services environments with hands-on, applicable knowledge of Information Security Administration dynamics as it relates to Technology and Business Enablement
  • Outstanding analytical skills with hands-on experience using metrics to drive stakeholder engagements and business decisions
  • Expert ability to appropriately prioritize business objectives managing multiple functions and projects simultaneously
  • Strong aptitude for process design and delivery with a firm focus on customer centricity
  • Results-oriented with the ability to develop and execute well developed business operations plans

  • Obtain and review supplier responses and supporting documentation to validate supplier appropriate implementation of information security controls. Analyze the information to identify information security weaknesses or non-compliance with Citi standards.

  • Produce detailed documentation of assessments and ensure stakeholder understanding of gaps identified.

  • Communicate supplier information security issues to stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of associated risks and actions needed to remediate those risks.

  • Manage & perform key TPISA execution initiatives – both individually and leading a team.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following proven skills and experience:

  • Industry certification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a plus.

  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar Assessor, IT Audit, or Information Security Officer role.

  • 4+ years team leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of concepts, best practices, and controls in a breadth of information security areas/domains. These information security areas include governance & risk management, access control, cryptography, physical security, security architecture and design, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, network security, application & operations security, and compliance/incident management.

  • Excellent technical and/or IT audit background in/practical knowledge of a wide variety of technologies. Technologies include server infrastructure & operating systems, network & web infrastructures, database architecture and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
