The Senior Client Service Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and leveraging key relationships. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. This role acts as subject matter expert for the client experience in banking and investments for peers and manager, identifies process improvements to address client friction points and associated training needs that arise as a result. Acts as sounding board and provides guidance to Wealth Academy to provide relevant process and technical knowledge as well as servicing best practices. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of the wealth management team, including banking and investment products, the sales process, and operational functions. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and influencing policy changes related to wealth management banking and investments. Involved in short-term planning of resources. Responsible for coordinating resources and support tools for new Advisor and Relationship Manager recruits to onboard clients.

The role holder will be required to apply in-depth knowledge of custody services, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. The candidate will be required to integrate subject matter and industry expertise, as well as evaluating moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, and application of problem solving skills in the development of solutions.
Working closely with all members of the Custody Team, assist with the daily administration and servicing of the Custody Product to Private Bank clients nationwide.
Act as a source of technical expertise within the team, keeping abreast of developments and offering support and guidance
Support team members and team leader with handling all custody related aspects of CPB relationship, provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
Deal with complex issues and challenges as they arise
Ability to work well with other CPB product partners in meeting client expectations
Resolve client inquiries and issues on a timely basis and as accurately as possible, provide solutions to escalations
Direct contact with clients and their attorneys, accountants, third party vendors, representatives, pertaining to requisition payments, call back, etc.
Interaction with Private Bankers, Banker Associates, Service Officers, and other internal constituents as necessary
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory policies and requirements of the Private Bank
Resolve client inquiries and issues on a timely basis and as accurately as possible through effective and efficient use of Private Bank resource
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
