Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, particularly ServiceNow.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Java for data processing and analytics.

TheSecurity Architect Engineeris responsible for defining and driving the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security architecture across Citi's global cloud initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices.

You will partner with Infrastructure Teams, Application Developers, Compliance Officers, and Risk Managers to embed secure design principles and mitigate evolving cloud threats in a highly regulated environment.
