Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service. • Manages assigned workstreams across large regulatory reform programmes, tracking delivery to plan, resolving issues, and ensuring appropriate governance artefacts are in place.

What we’ll need from you

• Significant experience in financial services, specifically in programme delivery or regulatory transformation.
• Proven track record delivering major regulatory change across the European Capital Markets landscape — including experience with CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, or Basel III/CRR II.
• Deep understanding of post-trade operations: trade capture, margining, settlement, reporting, and related control environments.
• Strong experience working with Markets Operations stakeholders and Technology partners across regions.

Serves as a senior compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes related to monitoring and fostering awareness of sanctions regulatory requirements that Citi must comply with; assessing related sanctions risk exposure, overseeing the quality of sanctions control processes and setting global standards to manage and mitigate those sanctions risks and protect the franchise.
