The job:

This role sits within the newly formed GenAI Security team, which is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and improving the security of our GenAi Prompt security capabilities within the firm. You will have the opportunity to partner with key Engineering teams, alongside Operations and Site Reliability Engineering.

What the role covers:

  • Designing, developing, optimizing, and enhancing a GenAI prompt security platform to protect firm AI/LLM-based applications from adversarial attacks and prompt injections.

  • Building and automating a security testing framework to validate protection mechanisms for various LLM use cases.

  • Owning solutions that are expected to operate and perform at scale across the organisation.

  • Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners across Engineering and Operations as well as partner teams within the wider Citi organisation, across different time zones.

Job Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of relevant industry work experience

  • Experience of the full lifecycle of design, implementation and running of enterprise software solutions involving cross functional team collaboration and DevOps, CI/CD and agile methodology

  • Interact with third parties on escalations of non-performance and contractual issues to drive resolution when appropriate

  • Own and lead remediation of any issues or gaps identified from ongoing monitoring.

  • Define risk mitigation strategies and risk exceptions based on the business’ risk appetite

  • Provide Thought Leadership to drive supplier optimization and efficiencies

  • Enhance productivity of third party service delivery and identify cost reduction opportunities from efficiency/alternative demand scenarios

  • Standardize SLA performance monitoring measures for like services, where possible

  • As appropriate, interact with larger TPO community and/or ESC category leads for best practices sharing and coordination of services

  • Liaise with the ESC Third Party Utility, as necessary, to review and respond to the results of third party risk management activities conducted centrally by the Utility

  • Draft and present succinct executive briefs; prepare and present high-level metrics to applicable Citi senior management and stakeholders

  • Serve as point of contact to ensure Third Party’s remediation of audit or exam issues is sufficient and escalate as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, risk management and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls. Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company preferred

  • Minimum BS/BA degree. Advanced degree a plus.

  • Demonstrates in depth business/product knowledge and services outsourcing

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior management. Local language requirements as applicable.

  • Experience in Supplier Chain Management and interacting with Suppliers’ management teams with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment.

  • Close cooperation with different Citi entities to harmonize Bank’s ESG disclosures with Citigroup reporting framework including the specification of different jurisdictions (EU & US);

  • Monitor EU/global trends and regulations/guidelines in ESG disclosures through the participation in external organizations or working groups. The implementation of ESG disclosures rules in cooperation with Legal and Compliance divisions;

  • Conduct ESG disclosure benchmarking across the Polish financial sector and cooperation with external stakeholders including investors to deliver high quality of ESG data;

  • Applying and development of control mechanisms in ESG disclosure processes as well as tracking documentation of control process;

  • Cooperation and coordination of work with external and internal auditors;

  • Delivering annual response to ESG data gathering organizations (e.g. CDP);

  • Implementation of tools to automatize gathering of ESG data across of the Banks’ different unit.

What we will need from you:

  • University degree in Sustainability Management, Finance or similar;

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in development of non-financial report under NFRD directive gathered in banks or other financial institutions. Additional experience in regulatory reporting in Finance unit is also welcome;

  • Knowledge or familiarity with regulatory ESG reporting frameworks, including the CSRD and Pillar III and voluntary global standards (e.g. GRI);

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to create work plans and meet deadlines as well evaluate complex topics;

  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Word and Excel;

  • Strong research and investigative skills, ability to evaluate and assess complex topics, creative problem-solving skills;

  • Fluency in Polish and English.
