PM Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in Reviews At Citi (RAC) and Project Tracking System (PTS), and act as the primary point of contact in Org PMO for all PTS-related questions tied to procedures, UAT, and enhancements.

Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions, identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, re./source plans, and status reports, and make a considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

Appropriately assesses risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in the overall field, with proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment, and experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr), and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
Experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience working in a banking or regulatory environment.
Superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
5+ years of Program and Project Management experience, with the ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
5+ years of experience identifying key project requirements, establishing and tracking dependencies, ensuring successful and timely delivery of commitments, and influencing technical people/projects with demonstrated success in strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead through influence, partner through conflict to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions, work independently in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment, and digest large amounts of information to determine the appropriate level of detail for executive presentations or customize status/progress updates to specific audiences.

You will be responsible for the preparation of financial reports required by the local regulators throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (e.g. central banks), performing controls over the reports and submission of them in coordination with the in-country Finance Team.
