In this role, you will:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
  • 8+ years proven experience in enterprise IT environments
  • Knowledge of end-to-end legal contracting processes such as templates, contract generation, playbooks and clause libraries, and contract repositories.
  • Ability to develop/write complex SQL, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript code to support, maintain, and enhance web based applications (this may include configuring, building, and updating custom objects, fields, conditional logic, user profiles access permission, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approvals processes)
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience using agile development processes (product backlog for prioritization, tracking user stories, sprint planning, scrum meetings, sprint review etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio or other flow chart/process drawing tools

You will work with a diverse set of internal partners including Cisco IT, FTO (Finance Transformation Office, FCO (Financial Compliance & Operations), RAO (Revenue Accounting Operations), Global Partner Strategy, Global Partner Finance and other subject matter experts to ensure that cross-functional requirements are achieved.

Our work includes:

  • Evaluate the feasibility of partner program systems, measures, incentives, and policies while maintaining a focus on compliance and controls
  • Liaise with business partners on the extraction and computation of large data sets
  • Ensure program requirements are properly documented, implemented, and validated
  • Build a roadmap of process, policy, and system requirements to reach a desired target state

Your Impact

As part of the Global Partner Finance organization, you will lead the implementation of the Next Generation Rebate Engine and manage any ongoing systematic changes required for new and existing partner incentive programs. This includes prioritizing enhancements and driving consistency across the entire partner incentive infrastructure including but not limited to program administration interfaces, calculation engines, funding platforms, and analytics tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • + years of technology-related sales or account management experience and 3+ years in business development
