Your Impact

  • Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives in large conglomerates and PSUs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives and Cisco’s solutions portfolio.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large, complex deals, including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Demonstrate strong achievement orientation by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineers, Premium Services sellers, and Channel Partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Represent Cisco at industry forums and client executive meetings to enhance brand presence and influence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline management, and account reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in account management or sales, specifically managing large conglomerates and PSUs.
  • Proven track record of constructing and closing large, strategic deals.
  • Strong achievement orientation with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian corporate and government sectors, with established relationships at senior levels.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Based out of Mumbai with willingness to travel as required.

Field role that serves as a Technology expert across solutions within a multi-domain architecture approach.

Coach/mentor Account SE (Solutions Engineers) internally.

With the Commercial System Engineering Team, you will be designing, implementing and empowering the strategy for the next generation of communications and application delivery for India’s leading companies.

You'll collaborate as part of a disruptive Sales engineering team. We offer exhilarating, inspiring, global, high impact, and uniquely broad opportunities for your growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent

Excellent written, oral communication, listening skills.

Min 8-10 years of presales experience in technical position.

Understand the basic aspects of end to end architecture and should have knowledge on one more technology other than Networking (preferably Datacentre or Security).

Knowledge on how to handle RFP specifications( in specific vertical only)

Advanced technical knowledge in the Networking Solutions, SDN Architecture , Network Security and Datacentre Networking technologies.

Understanding of a multi-domain Architecture approach and benefits around the same

Advanced Whiteboarding and Presentation skills.

Desired Qualifications:

CCNP/ CCIE certifications preferable.

Formulate and communicate a solution / vision.

Experience working with and handling large enterprises and public-sector organizations.

Ecosystem platform skills and certification ( Cloud , Security )

Working towards any industry led certification.
