  • Advocate for Cisco’s end-to-end CX offer strategy and roadmap to sales specialists, delivery teams, and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical experience of 5+ years of relevant technical experience as Technical or Architecture lead in a customer facing consulting role.

Experience in AT LEAST TWO of the following technical fields:

  • Transport IP Core across large organizations (Service Provider, Finance, Public Sector, Enterprise)
  • Automation Environment (Cisco and Multi-vendor)
  • Core MPLS or Metro (Cisco XR or Industry Standard)
  • Controllers and Software Lifecycle
  • Automation Software for Networking
  • Software Integration API across multi vendor Solution
  • Cloud Architectures
  • Software Development and programming

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or MSc or equivalent experience and Industry Standard Certification
  • Experience in multi-vendor environment as a bonus.
  • Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills (ability to clearly communicate to different audiences and deliver a message in a concise, professional manner).
  • Ability to educate customers on product value and establish trusted advisor relationships across different organizational levels.
  • Bonus language skills (ie Arabic, French, Spanish, German, or Italian)

Your Impact

As a Systems Architect, you will collaborate closely with the Cisco Sales team to drive our go-to-market efforts and support technical sales activities. Leveraging your deep expertise in AI space, you will showcase the competitive advantages of Cisco's portfolio to prospective customers and partners, differentiating us from industry competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer and partner needs to effectively present Cisco's Secure AI solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations, address technical queries, contribute to proposals, analyse client requirements, and develop tailored technical solutions in a presales environment.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives, including customer outreach and channel training, to expand business in targeted regions.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal, presentation, and troubleshooting skills, inspiring confidence and passion in your audience.

Minimum Experience:

  • 8 + years of technical presales experience (preferably selling Compute, Storage, and/or DC Networking solutions). Must include track record of selling to LoB and or AI Practitioner
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face etc.),
  • Good understanding of programming/scripting languages inc. Python
  • Solid understanding of the latest industry advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent presentation skills – ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and/or infrastructure topics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.
  • Experience with AI relevant infrastructure, including Networking (InfiniBand and RoCE), Storage (FC, IP and scale out) and AI accelerators (GPUs etc).
  • In-depth understanding of AI models, including but not limited to GPT, Llama, Resnet or similar. Any hands-on experience in the design, develop, and deploy of AI models and algorithms to address business needs and improve operational efficiency would be a bonus.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Kubernetes etc)
