Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in a customer-centric role within B2B sectors
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
  • 4+ years of specialized experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in B2B environments
  • 2+ years of Team Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in account management and/or commercial roles

What you bring to the table

  • At least 5-8 years of experience with IP-based networks, security/firewall products, Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server.
  • Experience with several different operating systems: Linux and Unix- based
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience required
  • Experience with Check Point products added advantage
  • Strong TCP/IP understanding and knowledge of debugging Check Point products
  • Customer-oriented - post-sales experience with direct face-to-face service.

Your Role:

  • Work closely with our Sales Team in providing recommendations on appropriate Check Point solutions to meet our customer’s cyber security needs.
  • Provide insight and advice to potential and existing customers based on Check Point's best practice, applying your skills and knowledge in our industry to drive the optimal outcome.
  • Lead the technical engagement, addressing technical questions, providing consultative advice and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops
  • Demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information
  • Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions
  • Support the responses to RFI's & RFP's with the relevant bid teams
  • Engage and support the enablement of key partners and customers on the latest Cyber Security Technologies.
  • Active participation in cyber security events
  • Keep timely update of activity reports and ensure timely communication with SE manager.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Industry experience
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experience
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs
  • Are exposed to network, cloud and End Point security is advantageous
  • Have a bring a customer first mindset and experience in working with large to medium enterprise organizations
  • Have the ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • As part of a distributed team of people, a strong sense of teamwork is required.
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE
