About the Role

We’re looking for anto support our fast-growing North American team and serve as our first dedicated HR presence in the U.S. You’ll work closely with managers to build strong, engaged teams - coaching them through team development, performance, and day-to-day people challenges. You’ll lead local HR efforts - from rolling out people programs and handling employee relations to making sure we stay compliant with U.S. employment laws and benefits.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with managers to support team growth, development, and engagement
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor on performance, feedback, and team dynamics
  • Manage and advise on U.S. benefits programs, including health insurance, and serve as the go-to for employee questions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes for U.S and Canada-based hires
  • Lead or contribute to people-focused projects across culture, DEI, engagement, and more
  • Collaborate with the global People team to align practices and share best ideas
  • Help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a People Partner / HRBP / HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
  • Solid experience working with U.S. benefits (especially health plans and insurance)
  • Proven ability to coach and support managers through people-related topics
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-moving, high-growth company (preferably tech or startup)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with autonomy and ownership, and a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience from North American companies

  • Proven hands on experience in field marketing and events management
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns in B2B environments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional teams and is comfortable working in dynamic, remote-first settings.
  • Proficient in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Wordpress.
  • Background in the construction industry or construction tech - an advantage
  • B2B SaaS or B2B tech experience - an advantage

  • Willingness to travel
