About The Position

Our group is a prominent professional arm within our Operations department, responsible for creating the framework of the Digital Twin for our clients’ construction projects. It involves integrating our clients’ models, schedule and construction insights, with our proven construction management methodologies, into an accurate digital representation of the project.

With a regional structure, the regional teams making up the Construction Solution group provide global coverage, strategically aligning tools and methods to address unique regional requirements and leverage local market expertise.

What you'll do:

  • Bring your knowledge to the creation of the ‘Buildots solution’ for global construction projects.
  • Conduct frequent construction-focused technical discussions with our customers.
  • Be a construction expert within the company to guide other internal teams.
  • Work by Buildots design guidelines combined with clients’ specific requirements to create a digital twin that allows them to maximise value of the Buildots Platform and serves the client’s needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand the complexities of specific project’s construction methodologies to allow you to create a Buildots system that accurately represents how the client will be building the project
  • As part of the overall VDC team, use your experience to constantly contribute to the optimisation of our unique design methodology to improve quality and tools.
  • Take a prominent part of our clients’ implementation stage, by meeting our clients at discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs, while representing Buildots product and strategy.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management and Product, in order to support the project and our clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects - proven practical experience in site-based or project management related roles a must.
  • Engineering (civil / structural) or equivalent, or Construction management degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and installations
  • Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modeling software.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast paced, dynamic and changeable environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
  • Great interpersonal skills & interface management - ability to professionally communicate with our clients; manage discovery sessions, and effectively communicate with construction professionals on site and remotely.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office and G Suite.
  • Be able to attend the Tel-Aviv office 3+ days per week.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and prospect engagement at every stage of the buyer’s journey, fueling our sales pipeline. You will take a data-driven approach to optimize paid advertising campaigns, to attract and nurture high-quality leads.

You have hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and a strong background in lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance-driven marketing in a tech environment.

What you'll do:

  • Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in Buildots: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns as the main platform, as well as Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance.
  • Monitor, measure, optimize and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Hockeystack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
  • Continuously optimize conversion paths to maximize lead capture and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution using project management tools (Asana, Google Sheets).
  • Enrich and maintain leads lists from campaigns and events
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to enhance user experience across landing pages, website assets, and ad content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are on time, accurate and aligned with demand generation activities, campaigns, events and other key demand initiatives.
  • Work with the RevOps team to monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of in-house experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS growth stage tech company (Or similar experience with an agency working with B2B clients)
  • Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Superb project management and operational skills
