• 5+ years experience in operational or project management roles in service delivery environments.
• Experience in tech-related roles within construction or related sectors; background in construction innovation, digital transformation, or ConTech preferred.

• Configuration of our product for clients' needs using Buildots configuration system
• Setup Buildots Digital Twin for new projects into Buildots system
• Solve technical configuration issues.
• Work together with Project Managers and Customer Success to support the project and clients’ needs.
• Ongoing project maintenance through the project life cycle.
• Be part of creating the Team’s tools and workflows internally and with the product/development team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless project support and execution, ensuring optimal service to our clients.

You will lead the Operational teams' day-to-day work while managing multiple cross-functional interfaces in the company to guarantee timely, efficient, and high-quality project deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Project Onboarding & Transition : Take ownership of the project after initial setup, ensuring a smooth handover from the Setup team and alignment on ongoing needs, scope, and support structure.
• Ongoing Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, and Operations), ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Timeline & Resource Management: Manage and prioritize ongoing client requests, issues, and optimizations. Ensure efficient coordination of internal resources to support evolving project needs without compromising stability or timelines.
• Issue & Risk Management : Proactively identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, or client dissatisfaction risks. Escalate appropriately and work cross-functionally to resolve root causes.

• Design and optimize the structure and workflows of the Project Management function to ensure high efficiency and effective support across different regions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure teams performance and operational success.

Lead Process Evolution Through Change

• Own and refine project management processes, adapting them to support evolving business needs and company growth.
