Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Neuromodulation Strategic Talent Management Leader and HR Business Partners to support divisional organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Leverage existing processes and resources to develop a consistent framework to build high performing teams.

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years facilitation experience; Insights certification a plus.
  • Ability to flex facilitation style for various cultural norms and seniority levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high-level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to influence at all levels in the organization and success in working in a matrixed organization.
  • Organizes and prioritizes own work. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities while delivering results.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to merge data, and create tables and graphs).
  • Must work at least 3-days per week or more at the BSC Valencia, CA location.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in OD or other related fields.
  • 3+ years of professional coaching with successful engagements.
  • Change management certification.
  • Experience with culture change and engagement strategies.
