About the role:

Drives improvement and corrective action in the quality of components sourced from outside suppliers. Provides technical support in the selection of suppliers. Develops acceptance criteria for materials. Monitors supplier performance to drive supplier corrective action, manufacturing yield issues and field failures.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assess potential new suppliers for technical, quality and manufacturing capabilities. Provides technical support for the introduction of components from a new supplier.
• Generates and maintains incoming inspection procedures. Trains inspectors to these procedures.
• Assists in generating component specifications.
• Generate test protocols, monitor testing, issue qualification test reports and approve components for use in products.
• Provide input to Design Engineering on new component technology and assist in component selection with quality and reliability analysis.
• Analyses incoming material defects. Dispositions and drives corrective action as necessary. Communicates issues to suppliers.
• Reviews new design specifications and provides input from component quality and manufacturability perspective.
• Investigates field failures related to supplier materials. Develop corrective action plan where necessary.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Industrial, Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering and related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years
• English Level desired: 70%.
• Desired knowledge: ASQ certification (CQE, CRE, SSGB, SSBB,CQM) strongly desired, Problem Solving, Knowledge of QSR’s, Networking.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Content creation for offline (print) and online sales & marketing collaterals such as website content, brochures, and social media advertisements in multiple languages.
• Collaborating with creative, production & translations agencies (brief, production, timelines and budget management).
• Ensuring BSC brand consistency across all content materials.
• Collaborating with the larger IMC team and channel partners on innovative ideas, tools, processes, and key projects.
• Help maintain communication databases, content management systems, tools, etc.
• Tracking and coordination of the internal regulatory processes.
• Internal communications development for the Marketing team.
• Co-lead selected campaigns for development.

What Are We Looking For In You:

• English fluency (verbal and written).
• Former experience in Marketing Communication is preferred (1 year max)
• Strong project management and planning.
• Copy writing experience & good editorial judgment.
• Enthusiastic and experienced user of online social networks (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Ability to work on different projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Data-proficiency (e.g. KPI measurement and analytics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint).

The IMC intern will work with the team on content for all available channels: social media, websites, print, videos, events and congresses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Help with content and creative visuals development, copywriting for websites, social media posts, sales and marketing brochures and translations, in cooperation with specialised agency partners or in-house
• Partner with the omnichannel and product marketing teams and other stakeholders in the Boston Scientific company to deliver relevant content throughout pre-established customer journeys for online and offline channels. This may include doctor and patient campaigns focussing on products and technologies, solutions and services, therapies or clinical data.
• Support budget tracking, i.e. gather quotes, raise purchase orders and keeping a list updated of all our expenses
• Support legal and regulatory review process of brochures or other content

Must have

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Native or C1)
• Ability toplan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects.
• Highly organised with good project management and planning skills.
• Expertise and relationship skills to influence stakeholders.
• Available to sign an internship agreement (6 + 6 months)

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism
• Previous experience in Excel is a plus
• Knowledge about SEO and content production for various digital, social media and other channels

• Support maintenance and enhancement of our Pricing Approval Process and Tool used across EMEA
• Ensure approval process execution by providing user support and coordinating ticket management and resolution
• Setup and train users in pricing processes and solutions across the organization
• Analytical support to senior pricing team members
• Support on infrastructure projects such as development and enhancement of new and existing approval, transactional and monitoring pricing tools
• Support in establish collaborative relationship with business partners and divisions with the development of pricing analysis and sharing best practices across the organization
• Support pricing reporting and monitoring strategy by developing and running pricing analytics in excel and other business intelligence solutions

• Administrative support to the business unit in the internal processes, product processes and marketing activities.
• Organization of technical and commercial information to respond to public procurement.
• Organization of technical information and demo materials to support marcom activities, congresses, courses, etc.
• Design of data base formats and data analysis of marketing and sales information.
• Follow up of educational programs and launching of products in contact with Marketing Europe.
• Support to sales department through CRM tool: data implementation, data analysis, report building, follow up of continuous training and tool updates.
• Organization of internal meetings and support to coordinate internal trainings.
• Support to multichannel and digital marketing activities performed in the division.

What Do We Look For In You

• Completed bachelor´s degree or Master's degree in Marketing or similar in the field (TFG already submitted and defended).
• Digital Marketing knowledge/experience.
• High level of Spanish and English (B2+/C1).
