REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or other health-related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in intragastric balloons or bariatric endoscopy.
- Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals and support product adoption through clinical evidence and technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of the endobariatric segment and experience working with bariatric surgeons, endoscopists, and gastroenterologists. Understanding of the patient journey, treatment pathways, and market dynamics for obesity interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Able to resolve clinical and commercial challenges in real-time, both independently and in team environments.
- Capability to understand key commercial metrics, support product positioning, and contribute to pricing and market development strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with intragastric balloon products or bariatric therapies.
- Background in launching new technologies or disruptive solutions in the endoscopy market.
- Strong clinical aptitude and ability to translate clinical data into commercial value.
- Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement processes for obesity treatment devices.
- Experience in multinational companies, with knowledge of their operational and multicultural dynamics.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
