As the IT Business Operations Lead, you’ll be the primary IT point of contact for the Düsseldorf office, connecting the needs of the business with our global IT standards. You’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, from infrastructure and end-user support to AV systems and software platforms. Working with your team of IT specialists, you’ll coordinate workloads, implement process improvements, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Beyond operations, you’ll act as a strategic partner, anticipating the office’s evolving IT requirements as the team and user base grow. You’ll provide recommendations on technology solutions, plan for future capacity, and support the adoption of new systems or tools. You’ll also collaborate with vendors and manage local budgets to ensure resources are used effectively.
We are seeking someone with strong technical expertise across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, AV systems, and end-user support. Experience in site IT coordination, service management, or operations leadership is highly valued, but formal team management experience is not required (but it’s a nice to have) - you’ll need the right skills to guide a small team and divide tasks effectively.
