Key Responsibilities

  • Understands account’s unmet needs and expectations and consistently develops detailed account plans,

  • Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems
  • Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL's and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial/clinical programmes and solutions
  • Device Management: monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, i.e. shipments and movement tracking of products
  • Monitor the levels and expiration dates of products in the field
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate the material management
  • Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gathers information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities
  • Plans and prepares tender / proposal based on account situation and understanding
  • Participates in negotiations, where applicable, and, in collaboration with Tender Office, prepares administrative documents and input requested by the customer
  • Performs periodic update with respective Sales Force and QBRs meeting with RSMs, leverages on monitoring and reporting content to ensure effective sales process execution
  • Records customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles

Skills And Experience Required

  • Min 3 years of experience in a sales or hybrid role, preferably in Cardiology market
  • Biomedical Engineering degree, Scientific degree, business education or nurse – would be an asset
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in the distribution of medical devices, preferably in the hospital sector (beneficial)
  • Good collaboration, communication and influencing skills

  • Act effectively to resolve various issues in cooperation with supervisor/ coordinator and other team members if required

As a Marketing & Customer Education Graduate based in Prague, you will coordinate professional education and training events across the region, including hands-on congress activities, local trainings, and support at the Regional Institute for Advancing Science (IAS) in Warsaw. This is a 12 month Graduate contract starting in September 2025.

You will:


• Join a collaborative team driving customer education and marketing across Eastern Europe.
• Lead or support training event planning, coordination, and measurement across the Cluster.
• Support Czech-specific marketing activities, such as localization of campaign materials and digital content.
• Gain hands-on experience in healthcare education, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities


Cluster-Level (Eastern Cluster)


• Coordinate and support face-to-face education activities (IAS Warsaw sessions, on-site trainings, and congress hands-on zones).
• Develop and maintain the Eastern Cluster training calendar, ensuring timely participation and resource alignment.
• Lead the logistics and planning of Eastern Europe HCP participation in cluster and EMEA-wide trainings.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Customer Education team to adapt and apply best practices.
• Support development of training toolkits, concepts, checklists, and event materials.
• Track education-related KPIs and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide operational and presence support during EMEA and cluster-level education events.

Local-Level (Czech Republic Focus)


• Localize EMEA campaigns and adapt messaging and marketing materials for the Czech market.
• Coordinate event logistics for local congresses, customer meetings, and launches.
• Create social media and digital campaign content in Czech to support local outreach.
• Support local sales teams with campaign tools, presentations, and event branding.
• Propose new local marketing activations or education formats tailored to market needs.


Your Qualifications


• Bachelor’s or Master’s student graduate (2024/2025) in Marketing, Education, Event/Project Management, Business.
• Fluent in Czech and English (C2/C1).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for education and healthcare innovation.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with event tools or digital platforms is a plus.
• Creative mindset and interest in customer experience, training strategies, or event execution.

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer, with 1 to 2 years of experience in Field Service (medical field experience preferred).

You will spend most of the time supporting Czech Republic, however availability to support other European Countries will occasionally be requested.

Native Czech and good English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintenance and installation of medical capital equipment in the clinical environment
  • Performing technical troubleshooting for all product lines of Boston Scientific Capital Equipment
  • Development and maintenance of customer relations
  • Info sharing/exchange with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, in particular sales and technical services
  • Maintaining adequate service documentation and records to support traceability
  • Maintaining adequate product competence (skills & knowledge) and actively attending all required trainings at our EU Training Center in Kerkrade
  • Maintain provided service tools and materials in operational state
  • Working in conformance with the Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes and procedures

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical engineering or similar relevant education
  • 1 -2 years of experience as field service engineer, preferably in medical companies (not mandatory)
  • Customer oriented
  • Readiness to travel around Czech Republic and occasionally around Europe and high flexibility (average of 80% of time on field)
  • Good English skills
  • Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment
